1. Supplier
The supplier is NTS Premier Services Ltd (company number 07067443), registered at C/O Burton Varley Ltd, The Counting House, 24 Richmond Road, Bowdon, Altrincham, England, WA14 2TT. Training support is provided through training@ntsps.co.uk and 0170 873 3200.
2. Course information and suitability
The course page forms part of the contract and states the description, audience, duration, outcomes, assessment and suitability limits. Awareness training does not replace practical, workplace-specific, competent-person or accredited instruction unless expressly stated.
3. Price and payment
Transactions are in pounds sterling (GBP). Public prices are shown excluding VAT and the payment summary shows VAT and the total payable before the customer proceeds to Tyl by NatWest hosted Checkout. An order is not accepted and course access is not granted until NTSPS verifies an approved matching payment.
4. Digital licence and delivery
Access is licensed to one named learner for 12 months from activation unless otherwise stated. Login and content must not be shared, copied, recorded, resold or used to train other people. Delivery follows the Delivery & Course Access Policy.
5. Assessments and certificates
Learners must complete assessments without impersonation, unauthorised assistance or disclosure of protected answers. Pass marks and attempt limits appear in the learning service. A certificate records successful completion of the identified online course; it does not prove occupational competence beyond the course description.
6. Cancellation, refunds and statutory rights
The Refund & Cancellation Policy applies. Nothing in these terms limits statutory rights relating to digital content that must be satisfactory, fit for a disclosed purpose and as described, or any remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Availability and changes
NTSPS may make reasonable technical or content changes that do not materially reduce the purchased service. If content becomes unavailable, NTSPS will seek to restore or replace access or provide an applicable remedy.
8. Liability
NTSPS does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to those rights, NTSPS is not responsible for a learner applying general awareness content without the required workplace controls, supervision or practical competence.
9. Law and complaints
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, while consumers retain any mandatory protections of their home jurisdiction. Complaints should first be sent to NTSPS using the contact details below so the matter can be investigated promptly.
Training scope
NTSPS online courses support awareness and continuing development. They do not replace practical instruction, workplace-specific risk assessment, supervision, competent-person duties or accredited role training where these are required. Course availability, duration and approval status must be confirmed at enrolment with NTSPS and the selected content partner.
