Information is used to take steps before a contract, provide paid training, administer learner accounts, verify completion, issue certificates, respond to support, prevent fraud, keep accounting records and meet legal obligations. Service messages are not marketing.
Payment and service providers
Card details are entered only on the Tyl by NatWest hosted Checkout page and are not stored by this website. NTSPS may share necessary data with Tyl/NatWest, hosting and authentication providers, object storage and the approved transactional-email provider, each only for the relevant service.
Retention and rights
Records are retained only as long as needed for training, certification, accounting, dispute and legal purposes. Individuals may have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection. Requests may be made through the contact details below.

NTSPS online courses support awareness and continuing development. They do not replace practical instruction, workplace-specific risk assessment, supervision, competent-person duties or accredited role training where these are required. Course availability, duration and approval status must be confirmed at enrolment with NTSPS and the selected content partner.
