Digital delivery
Online courses are supplied electronically; no physical goods are posted. After cleared payment, identity and availability checks, NTSPS will create or activate the named learner account and send access instructions. The operational target is within one UK working day unless a different time is stated before payment.
Access period
A standard individual licence provides access for 12 months from activation unless the course page or purchase confirmation states a different period. A licence is for one named learner and must not be shared.
Technical requirements
Learners need a modern browser, reliable internet connection, JavaScript and an email address they can access. The NTSPS course player is responsive and text based; learners who need another format or reasonable adjustment should contact NTSPS before purchase.
Assessment and certificates
Assessments are completed online. A downloadable NTSPS certificate is generated after an eligible enrolled learner achieves the configured pass mark. Delivery status and secure download are shown in My learning; email delivery activates when the approved sending service is configured.
Delays and support
If access has not appeared in My Learning within the stated delivery period, contact training@ntsps.co.uk or 0170 873 3200. NTSPS will investigate payment reconciliation and enrolment status and provide access, an alternative or an applicable remedy.
Geographic availability
Course content is written for UK workplaces and legislation. Overseas access is not prohibited as a physical export, but customers outside the UK must confirm that the content, qualification status and payment service are lawful and suitable in their location.
Training scope
NTSPS online courses support awareness and continuing development. They do not replace practical instruction, workplace-specific risk assessment, supervision, competent-person duties or accredited role training where these are required. Course availability, duration and approval status must be confirmed at enrolment with NTSPS and the selected content partner.
